The goal and purpose of neuropsychology is to understand how the brain functions and how those functions impact behavior, emotions, learning, and interpersonal relationships. Clinical neuropsychology applies this knowledge in order to evaluate, treat and rehabilitate individuals with suspected or demonstrated neurological problems.
