My office has two locations:

In Suffolk County (Smithtown) take Rte. 111 north to Main Street.  On Main St. make a left until Karl Avenue.  Make a right on Karl Avenue and 50 Karl Ave. will be located on the left hand side.  The office is located on the main floor.

In New York City (Manhattan) my office is located on E. 36th Street between Lexington & 3rd Avenues at the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy.
